Recently refurbished we offer a 100m2 fully equipped gymnasium,a 90m2 class studio with a full range of classes, sauna, jacuzzi and tennis court.

Our qualified freelance fitness instructors will help you achieve those goals to live better and feel better.


Monday to Thursday 7.00am until 9.30pm

Friday 7.00am  until 8.30pm


Saturdays/Sundays10.00am until 1.00pm

Am I tied into a contract?

We have various options which can be either no contract or contract. Memberships on a contract offer better value.


What is the difference between a contract and rolling direct debit?

A rolling direct debit will continue until 4 weeks notice is given after the minimum period of 1 month.

A contract is a minimum membership of 12 months which cannot be cancelled until the completion of 12 months. After 12 months the direct debit will continue until 4 weeks notice is given.


How do I cancel my membership?

After your minimum periods your membership may be cancelled by calling 08712501424 if you are on a rolling direct debit and 08712502423 if you are in a contract.


Who do I call?

The collection company are called Harlands. They collect direct debits on behalf of Square 1 leisure Ltd. DO NOT CALL THE CLUB DIRECT TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.


How do I get confirmation of my membership?

An email will be sent within a few days of joining. This email will confirm your details, your payments, terms and conditions.


Can I transfer membership?

Membership can be transferred at the discretion of the management.


Does my membership include classes?

Memberships include a selection of classes. We also offer premium classes which must be paid for direct to the fitness instructors.


When is the jacuzzi and sauna available?

The sauna and jacuzzi are on during peak hours only, 9.00am until 1.00 pm and 5.00pm until 9.00pm Monday to Friday. The sauna and jacuzzi are not available Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.


Do you have fitness instructors available?

All our fitness instructors are freelance. Inductions are available free of charge but programs and reviews must be paid for direct to the instructor.


I understand sometimes the club is unattended?

Yes. To keep our memberships low, during OFF PEAK hours the club maybe unattended for short periods of time. 24/7 security is in operation and procedures in place in case of emergency.


FAQ’s
