We are delighted you are considering Square 1 leisure to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
Recently refurbished we offer a 100m2 fully equipped gymnasium,a 90m2 class studio with a full range of classes, sauna, jacuzzi and tennis court.
Our qualified freelance fitness instructors will help you achieve those goals to live better and feel better.
Monday to Thursday 7.00am until 9.30pm
Friday 7.00am until 8.30pm
Saturdays/Sundays10.00am until 1.00pm

Joint memberships must come out of one bank account
Memberships can be transferred at the discretion of the management
Members and guests are requested to shower BEFORE using the spa and sauna.
Members and guests are requested NOT to wear any form of footwear in the wet area.
No food or drink other than purchased at the club can be consumed
No jeans are allowed in the fitness studio
Trainers must be worn in the fitness studio at all times
The management have the right to terminate any membership should the management feel the members actions are unacceptable
The management have the right to refuse any person for whatever reason for membership and entry into the club
The management will not be responsible for theft and damage to belongings either inside or outside of the club
The management will not be responsible for accidents in and outside of the club
The management have the right to change opening and closing times with due notice
The management have the right to close the the club for repair and maintenance.
The management have the right to change the membership fees at any time.
The management have the right to change any fees, classes and restructuring of any aspects of the club.
